I joined Ambition Hire as their first Product Designer in December of 2023. I was immediately tasked with designing a SaaS HR tool (live, and being used by companies like- Jubilant FoodWorks, Uniqlo, Axis Bank, Shoppers Stop, Hindustan Times, and many more) focused on streamlining hiring for companies by offering a range of facilities from job creation, building assessments for candidates, to evaluating their results via AI..

Having some knowledge about the domain of work, thanks to the previous company I worked for — Talocity, a similar company in the same space, I led brainstorming sessions with the stakeholders and performed iterative design changes.

I have spearheaded a total of four key products — Ambition Hire ( includes recruiter’s hiring tool and candidate’s assessment platform), company’s internal admin dashboard, company’s website, and Amployr, focused on solving the sourcing challenges faced by organizations (most likely to be released in 2026).
