In this freelance project, I designed a digital tool to modernize truck repair and maintenance, an area still dominated by paperwork and inefficiencies. Small and mid-sized fleets often face unclear costs, vague timelines, and compliance risks; in fact, over 23% of trucks were taken out of service in the 2022 International Roadcheck due to safety issues.

To address this, I created a system where fleet owners can add vehicles, raise service requests, track repair progress, view cost breakdowns, and approve or decline additional work. I also designed a mobile-first daily inspection flow for drivers, making routine checks quick and reliable.

Using competitive analysis and a ready UI kit, I prototyped features that make maintenance transparent, trackable, and efficient, helping fleets save time, cut paperwork, and improve safety.
